How support requests work

  1. Sign in and choose a topic. Customers can search their own order number or ticket code. Selecting an order links the customer, event and organiser where there is one clear event.
  2. Explain what happened. You can add up to three PDF, PNG or JPEG files, 5 MB each. Remove unrelated personal information, passwords and full card details first.
  3. After saving, keep the request reference and follow the conversation in Support. MEL receives the new request. This is not live chat.
  4. Messages and their files are private between MEL and the selected customer or organiser. Complaints about an organiser stay with the customer and MEL.
  5. Replies appear in the bell. Organisers and staff also see their unread count beside Support. Opening the conversation clears your own alert, without resolving the request.
  6. MEL emails the selected recipient when staff reply. Customer and organiser replies email the MEL support inbox. If an email is delayed or missing, check the conversation directly.

Visitors and customers can read public Help articles. Organiser accounts can also read organiser guides. Internal staff guidance stays restricted.

An event happening today?

For entry or a ticket that will not scan, speak to the event team at the door. Have your confirmation email ready. Do not share your ticket or QR code publicly.

Do not wait for an email reply if you need help at the door. See our contact page for current response information. A refund request still needs a decision; sending a request does not mean a refund has been approved or paid.
