What happens if I cancel an event?
Tell attendees promptly and follow the cancellation and refund commitments for your event, subject to applicable law. Refunds processed through MyEventLane come from your connected Stripe account. Ensure sufficient funds are available and review any failed refund rather than promising automatic completion.
