What MEL can and cannot do with my Stripe account

MyEventLane can investigate order state, ticket records, MEL fees, webhook processing and refund workflow records. Stripe controls connected-account verification, Stripe processing fees, payout timing, bank settlement, restrictions, disputes and chargebacks. MyEventLane cannot hold or release your ticket revenue, change a Stripe payout schedule, edit your bank account or decide a Stripe dispute.
