For questions about event content, schedule changes, refunds, or access needs, we may direct you to the event organiser. In many cases, they control the event itself, while MyEventLane provides the platform and tools.

Response times

  • We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable time frame during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • For urgent issues relating to live events (for example, problems scanning tickets), please mark your message as urgent and describe the timing clearly.
